This page outlines the terms and rules that you as a user should read and accept before using the website (Hytale-Server-List.com).

Important: Hytale Server List cannot be held responsible for the content of the Hytale servers we have listed on the site. Users/Server owners can freely submit servers to this list and the administration cannot verify the actual content on each server.

If you witness any immoral, illegal, or bad behavior on a Hytale server listed on this site, we urge you to report it to us using the contact link at the bottom of the page.

For Normal Users

• Be respectful: Act normally and kindly when commenting on this website. We exclude hateful, racist, rude comments and commentators. If you do not have anything constructive to say, keep the comment to yourself.
• Fair voting: It is not allowed to vote more than once per day per server. If we spot deliberate cheating, we might ban the player from the site. If many users from the same server try to cheat, a penalty can be given to the server.
• Use at your own risk: Servers you find on this website are used at your own risk. We simply check that it is an actual Hytale server, but not the actual content on the server.
• Report issues: If you find a server listed on this website that seems to do anything illegal, immoral, or act inappropriately, we urge you to contact us so we can investigate and possibly exclude the server from our site.

For Server Owners (Registered Users)

• Email communication: You agree to receive occasional emails from Hytale-Server-List.com when relevant to Hytale, this site, or your server (no more than 1 email per month).
• No pirated servers: We do not accept "cracked" servers or advertisement of cracked servers. We delete servers/users that advertise servers attracting cracked clients.
• Appropriate content: We do not allow servers with themes on sex, religion, politics, drugs, and similar controversial topics.
• No spam: It is not allowed to advertise your server in the comment section on other servers. This will often result in a ban.
• Proper titles: The TITLE field is ONLY meant to be a title/name of server. Not a list of plugins or "Staff Needed" announcements.
• Submit once: Only submit your server ONCE. If you try to delete/resubmit too much, the server IP will automatically be flagged for review and possibly banned from future advertisement.
• No automation: You are not allowed to use any kinds of scripts or macros to communicate with this site (e.g., automatic voting, creating, editing, or bumping servers). If we detect this, you will be removed and banned.
• No data manipulation: Do not manipulate your server data to enhance player count or similar metrics.
• English required: You must make an English description. It is okay to include a local language description below if the server is meant for a specific nationality.
• Repeated violations: If your server gets deleted by an admin frequently, it means you are breaking the rules. Work harder on your submission quality. Too many violations will result in blocking the IP from future advertisement.
• Zero tolerance for cheating: Any kind of cheating or misusing the website will result in your server being deleted and banned. This includes fake voting, rebumping without new info, using wrong categories, etc.
• Player protection: Servers acting in any bad way towards users/players are not wanted on the list. We react to reports from users and urge users to report any bad behavior witnessed.
